J.Laverack Speedform
Titanium Goes Aero

A bespoke 3D-printed titanium bike to make your new bike day truly a joyous one.

J.Laverack—long known for its exquisite titanium craftsmanship—is breaking new ground with the Speedform. They state that this is the world’s most bespoke, entirely additively manufactured—aka, 3d-printed—and aerodynamically optimized titanium road bike.

Bespoke Aero

The Speedform’s key innovation lies in its construction. J.Laverack spent 20 months developing the frame with input from Loughborough University. Instead of using round tubes, it uses three large, precision 3D-printed titanium sections. These sections are a Kammtail profile and are seamlessly welded into the aero-sculpted form.

Professor A. Duncan Walker, Chair in Applied Aerodynamics at Loughborough University sez: “The CFD analysis clearly demonstrated that J.Laverack’s new aero frame achieves a substantial aerodynamic benefit over conventional round-tube designs. At typical road cycling speeds, this equates to drag reductions of 20–26%, or savings of up to 17 watts — impressive gains achieved through intelligent design and advanced additive manufacturing.”

Clearly, the goal was to make a bike for the real world. To achieve this, the designers and engineers focused on typical road cycling speeds, forgoing a focus on the typical 45km/h+ speeds commonly used. Constructed using additive manufacturing technology, J.Laverack designed a titanium frame that is competitive with the world of carbon fiber in terms of aerodynamics and speed. For the rider, this means a custom-geometry, durable titanium bike that is aero-optimized to cheat the wind.

Perfect fit

Utilizing the expertise of J.Laverack’s in-house fitting expert, bike designer, and co-founder David Clow, the Speedform can be custom-built to perfectly fit the buyer. Alternatively, customers can choose from a standard size within their extensive range, which spans from 44cm to 64cm. After a bike fit at their Rutland HQ, J.Laverack builds each 3D printed Speedform frame on precisely 3D printed lugs. The fit is tailored to the individual with millimeter precision. This bespoke approach allows J.Laverack to precisely tailor the geometry to each rider’s needs, a level of customization impossible in mass-produced carbon frames.

The Bottom Line

This bike is truly going to be a halo machine. The framesets will start from £8,995, with complete bike builds from £13,925. J.Laverack intends to build only 10 total in 2026, deposits of £1,000 are required to reserve one of these.

J.Laverack AM64 Carbon
The Hybrid of Craft

For riders who love the bespoke feel of a custom-built frame but crave the compliance and minimal weight of modern composites, J.Laverack presents the AM64 Carbon. This bike makes use of a mixed material construction with a titanium main structure, and a composite—carbon fiber—seat post. The AM64 Carbon is available in road, all-road and gravel bike options.

Titanium-Carbon Fusion Construction

The AM64 Carbon integrates a full carbon seat tube that passes through additively manufactured titanium lugs at the seat cluster and bottom bracket. This hybrid construction is a true engineering feat. The 3D-printed titanium lugs (AM64) provide the clean aesthetic and parametrically adjustable the geometry for a millimeter-perfect, bespoke fit. The carbon seat tube reduces frame weight and enhances vertical compliance. Critically, the design retains the stiffness and durability of the primary titanium structure.  The choice of mixed materials by the J.Laverack team creates a high-performance platform built for speed and endurance. Most importantly, this fusion retains the flowing, minimalist aesthetic that defines the AM64 Carbon range.

The details

The frameset uses the ENVE In-route cockpit system combined with an elegant 3D printed titanium headtube. This design accommodates fully hidden cable and hose routing. The cabling remains hidden past the bottom bracket thanks to J.Laverack’s Streamline BSA threaded bottom bracket design.

Critical to the aesthetic of the frame, there are no visible welds where the tubes join. Instead, the headtube—featuring an engraved gryphon—flows freely into the downtube and top tube. Additional features include detailed engraving and a 3D-printed titanium seatpost topper, uniting precision engineering with sculptural beauty.

Bespoke sizing

J.Laverack’s co-founder, and fitting expert, David Clow uses the state of the art IDMatch fitting system to determine the exact geometry for each rider. Using the fit data, the builders adjust the 3D printed lugs with millimeter precision, guaranteeing that we match each frame to the individual rider. The result is a bespoke fit. Riders can also opt for standard size frames in sizes ranging from 44cm through to 64cm.

David Clow, Co-founder, sez: “Each AM64 Carbon frame is based on our tried and tested, award winning geometries as a start point ensuring you benefit from our extensive in-house knowledge and experience which can then be tailored to your exact requirements.”

The Bottom Line

The framesets will start from £7,495, with complete bike builds from £9,495.

As a special bonus, J.Laverack are offering the first 50 AM64 Carbon frames of each model (J.ACK, GRiT, R J.ACK, CONTOUR, PiLOT) with sequential numbering. The hand brushed or bead blasted graphic is located on the lower part of the down tube in such a way you can see it while riding the bike.

Cinelli Aeroscoop
Speed redefined

From the legendary Supercorsa to the visionary Laser, from Europe’s earliest mountain bikes to the provocative Spinaci bars, Cinelli has been redefining cycling performance and style for over 75 years. Once again, in the Aeroscoop, Cinelli redefines fast.

Aeroscoop is what happens when competitive riders demanding the best collide with engineers who relish a challenge. Building on the success of the Pressure 2 and following extensive team feedback, Aeroscoop is an unapologetic reimagining of the ultimate carbon road racing machine, infused with rebellious Cinelli design DNA. This entirely new model is stiffer around the bottom bracket for even greater power transfer, yet a touch more compliant at the head tube to keep things smooth through sketchy corners.

Lightweight and skinny

The weight of both the frame and fork have been trimmed, with an off-the-peg build with SRAM Red AXS and Fulcrum Wind 57 wheelset weighing in the region of 6.98kg, scraping in just above the UCI legal limit – for anyone playing by the rules.

Aeroscoop is the most aero road bike Cinelli has produced to date. Much of this improvement comes from a 4% reduction in frontal area. Additionally, Cinelli smoothed the cockpit transition, integrated the fork to the headtube, and revised downtube shaping to shield bottles and mounts.

However, perhaps the most striking difference is that Cinelli’s team split the seat stay at the seatpost junction. This reduced turbulence and smoothed airflow around the frame and rear wheel. Independently wind tunnel verified, TOUR measured the Aeroscoop at just 205W of drag at 45 km/h, placing it firmly inside the top ten of all aero road bikes ever tested.

In addition, the Aeroscoop boasts clearance for 34mm tires and compatibility for UDH. Cinelli built this bike to ridden comfortably using the most modern drivetrain components.

The Bottom Line

Framesets, available for purchase separately, comprise a range of new Columbus Components, including a new Spirit carbon integrated cockpit, and proprietary carbon seatpost and fork. Complete builds start at €6,000 / £5299. Frameset options are available in either Purple Fiber or Coral White colorways from €4,500 / £3,999. Unfortunately, Cinelli are only selling this bike in Europe for now.
