Zwift: Jarvis, The Island that Changed Indoor Cycling, Returns
Zwift continues its 10-year celebrations with the return of Jarvis Island 

Zwift, the global online fitness platform for cyclists, today unveils the latest exciting new expansion to Watopia that sees the return of Jarvis Island.

Originally launched 10 years ago as Zwift’s very first virtual world, Jarvis Island very quickly changed indoor cycling forever. It didn’t take long for word of mouth to spread as this new cycling hotspot started to appear on Strava feeds around the world. Out of nowhere,  an unusually shaped route on a remote Pacific Island appeared to be the latest go-to cycling destination. In fact, these rides were being logged by riders based all over the world from bedrooms, garages, sheds and kitchens. The first virtual cycling community was born.

Those early Zwift Beta testers rode 1 million miles (@1.6M km), 333K laps and climbed a total of 44M feet (@13.4M meters) on Jarvis before Watopia was unveiled to the world on April 24th, 2015.

Today, those two worlds combine as Jarvis has now emerged off the coast of Watopia. Situated next to the Volcano, Watopia’s first land mass to appear from the ocean, the new Jarvis will initially be hidden by an ancient rock formation. As Zwifters approach for the first time, Jarvis will be spectacularly unveiled. Zwifters should turn their game volume up and ease off the pedals for a moment to take things in – this unveil will take place for every Zwift the first time they enter the island – but one time only!

The expansion provides an opportunity for many Zwifters to experience the legendary Jarvis for the very first time. For the OG’s, the Island should bring back memories of a very close-knit community of Beta testers.

Things on Jarvis have developed since the land was filled with the buzz of virtual pelotons. The island has received a full makeover to bring it up to date with Zwift’s more recent Watopia expansions. Familiar landmarks have returned better than ever, the eagle-eyed will even spot the odd nod to the blue bots that used to adorn the island, oh and  it appears that Banjo Man has opened his own Cafe!

The reimagined Jarvis Island now includes six completely new cycling routes situated off the coast of Zwift’s iconic Volcano Mountain, offering a mix of new challenges. Riders can test their legs on the original Jarvis KOM or chase an adrenaline boost on the 200m Jarvis Sprint. Whether a seasoned Zwifter or a newcomer, there’s a ride to suit every level and style.

3T Releases Five New WPNT Colors for Its Bestseller Racemax, Now Integrale As Well

Launched in 2020, the RaceMax quickly became a category leader. Consistently proving itself on the start line of the sport’s most prestigious races and as a capable adventure companion as well. Starting today, the RaceMax gets a fresh coat of paint, joining the Primo under the WPNT umbrella. Five new colourways, taking inspiration from classic cars, kick off the RaceMax collection. These five hand-painted colours were developed as a collaboration between 3T and a local but globally renowned paint producer, Lechler.

Following the refresh of the Primo frame in early October, which introduced five new Italian-painted color options, the Racemax now also earns the “WPNT” label. Five new colorways, inspired by classic automotive paint finishes, are available, all featuring a metallic and iridescent look designed to maximise aesthetic appeal.

“WPNT” = We Paint!

“WPNT” stands for “We Paint”: a statement that, with the opening of 3T’s new paint facility in Montello (Bergamo province), just a few kilometers from HQ, ideally complements the brand’s slogan: “We Dream We Build We Ride.” This strategic investment in painting—3T’s last step to fully control its production process from carbon fiber to a complete, ready-to-ride bike—brings multiple advantages:

Paints Developed Close to Where They’re Applied

The proximity between the two companies has facilitated close collaboration in paint development.

Internal Cable Routing and New Carbon Wheels

Beneath the new paint, the Racemax Integrale WPNT retains the fast gravel frame features customers have loved since its launch in 2020. Its geometry, dimensions, and shape remain consistent with its twin, the Racemax Italia. The Racemax “WPNT” distinguishes itself with its production technology, using pre-preg carbon sheets, while the Italia range frames use 3T proprietary filament winding and RTM technology. Additionally, the Racemax “WPNT” takes a step further toward high-end, made-in-Italy standards with complete internal cable routing, now passing entirely through the Apto Integrale Stealth stem.

The Racemax Integrale WPNT is available both as a frameset and a complete bike. Complete bikes will feature the new 3T 40/30 carbon wheels stand out, available on both Primo and Racemax WPNT, and will soon be offered as an alternative to the Zipp 303S.

Pinarello, the premium Italian performance bicycle brand, and Zwift, the global online fitness platform for cyclists, have unveiled their latest real-life collaboration which sees Pinarello’s flagship road bike, the DOGMA F, available to purchase in a highly limited-edition Zwift and Watopia-inspired colorway.

Blending the meticulous craftsmanship of the DOGMA F with the number one fully immersive indoor cycling app, this collaboration marks the next step for cyclists looking to merge the two worlds of indoor and outdoor cycling.

Only 50 DOGMA F framesets have been ‘Designed in Watopia’, utilizing Zwift’s bold and playful brand colors, each one adopting Pinarello’s popular ‘cut’ paint scheme. This will be a special collector’s item for Pinarello and Zwift fans worldwide.

This striking frameset had only been available to the public previously on Zwift’s in-game virtual world of Watopia, one of the many successful partnerships between the two brands since Zwift’s launch 10 years ago.
